Returns & Refund Policy
All orders are final, Subscriptions are paid in full for the term subscribed, you can cancel delivery of your magazine, Gliding International does not refund partial subscriptions.
All items are shipped from New Zealand, Subscriptions are shipped every two months when the Gliding International publication is printed. Books and DVD's purchased from the store page are when payment is received.
Postage times may vary from country to country. New Zealand shipping time is 3 - 5 days, Australia, USA, UK - 10 days, Europe 10-15 days.
Export conditions and restrictions
The Gliding International Magazone is printed in Tauranga New Zealand, No known export restrictions are in place.
All items are shipping in top quality condition, we do our best to ensure the postage cariers we use take care with your packages but we can not guarantee the condition of the items on delivery.
All online credit card payments are processed by ANZ New Zealand with their secure ANZ eGate payment gateway. Gliding International or any 3rd-party does not intercept or have access to your private payment information.
All customer data is stored only by Gliding International and is not shared or sold with any third parties. We may use your contact information so send you direct marketing materials or when we release new products or material.
We do not store any payment information or credit card information at any stage of your subscription/order process.
